Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 30% deposit to confirm.

We accept cash only as a form of payment.

All payments must be settled at the beginning of the tour.

Prices may vary depending on the season or type of service provided.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour begins.

A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour: Full payment is required.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour: 50% payment is required.

Cancellation less than 2 days before the tour or a no-show: No refund.

Cancellation by Azuu Tours and Travel: In the event that we must cancel your tour, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or availability. We will notify you as early as possible and offer suitable alternatives.

Health and Safety

Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations.

Some tours may require a basic level of physical fitness.

Guests are required to respect local customs, the environment, and the communities visited.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or the use of illegal substances.

Azuu Tours and Travel reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest violates these rules of conduct.
